"Match trim color" means we will match the embroidery thread to the trim color of the product or embroider the item with a color in the product that matches.

We offer in house embroidery so we turn around personalization very quick. Please allow an additional 3-5 days plus shipping to receive your item.

All embroidered items are final sale however if you receive an item and are unhappy with it please Contact Us and we will be more than happy to help you! 

When you purchase both an embroidered and non-embroidered item in the same order, the whole order will ship out together when the embroidery is complete. If you need one item sooner than the personalized item, we recommend purchasing the items in two separate orders to ensure prompt arrival.

Of course! We do this all the time. At the product page, after you have chose your embroidery options, click "add gift wrap & note." At checkout, put the gift recipients address and we will handle the rest! We always take off all prices.

Yes! We always try to take a picture and email or text it to the customer. If you haven't received it and still want it, please contact us.
